When the men walking to Emmaus after Jesus' resurrection heard the Scriptures being taught by Jesus, they said the following to one another:
“Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the Scriptures?” Luke 24:32.
Taberah means "burning" and our prayer is that Jesus will open the Scriptures for you and that you will experience a burning in your hearts for Jesus as you hear Him speak to you. A transformed understanding of who God is produces a transformed heart, a transformed relationship with Jesus and a transformed lifestyle.
May Jesus be glorified as you spend time with Him.
